Structured and Systematic Methodology

We have in place a highly-structured process to ensure the success of a project. Upon the start of any project, our engineers will strive to gain a better insight on your requirements through face-to-face discussions. All information gathered during this initial information-gathering stage will be documented and presented to you for verification before we even begin to design the project flow.

Based on the requirements of the project, we will undertake the:

• Designing of the software logic control and computer hardware infrastructure;
• Sourcing, purchasing and/or installation of the detection instruments, mechanical devices and computer hardware; and
• Development of the appropriate office-level applications for better management supervision and control.

In every stage of the project from user requirement determination to implementation and user testing, detailed documentation will be produced to formalise and extract all the necessary details to be considered and incorporated. Also, throughout the entire project, a constant 2-way communication will be maintained. This improves clarity and minimises the chance of project misalignment.

Worry-Free

We fully understand that embarking on an automation project involves a lot of human resource and financial commitment. Therefore, we aim to make it as worry-free for you as possible. Having a structured methodology is but one of our way of showing our commitment to you. Below are 3 more reasons:

• Even during the first discussion between you and our engineers, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) either drafted by either parties. This agreement legally binds us to keeping your confidential information, well, confidential. Furthermore, the project will be handled on a strict need-to-know basis among our engineers;
• We are more than happy with user-testing that lasts up to 3 months. This stage comes after our own strict internal testing and involves your own personnel running the automation system, on a full-time basis, to perform the actual operations that it is designed for; and
• Finally, even after user-testing and the commissioning of the system, we will resolve any software bugs at no charge!
