Mechtron™ 50, together with its more feature-packed bigger brother, Mechtron 80, constitutes our DOS-based Automated Concrete Batching System series. While its bigger brother is designed to cater to small- to mid-scale concrete batching plants with more value-added user modules, the Mechtron 50 is intended for the in-house or smaller-scale concrete batching plants.

Coming from the same product line, they do share the same core infrastructure and, thus, 2 fundamental strengths: reliability and ease of use.

Reliability

Mechtron 50 has undergone countless trials and testing by the market throughout the years it has been deployed. On both small-scale dry-batching plants and larger-scale wet-batching plants, it has proven more than capable in handling the rigour of concrete batching.

Ease-of-use

Much consideration has been placed in the design of the user interface to create a system which operators can be effectively trained to operate in less than 3 days. The well laid-out menu, on-screen assist descriptions and a comprehensive user manual go far in making it a breeze for operators to pick up in no time.
