We understand that security is paramount to any organisation. Hence, to protect our customers' interest, we have incorporated many security features in I-Matrix 300. First and foremost, different users assigned to various user groups with specific rights to view, add, edit or delete information in each of I-Matrix 300's functions. Encrypted log-in user-names and passwords form the first level of security protection.
The I-Matrix 300 has a built-in security feature that kicks-in the moment manual batching is engaged. The date, time and amount of material used when batching was done manually are captured and can be examined by management to detect any pilfering. Apart from this, all log-ins and physical stock adjustments are date- and time-stamped for traceability. These log files, together with a comprehensive selection of daily, monthly and periodic reports, can be printed for reporting to management.
