Thanks to our proprietary Intelligent Configuration and Sequencing (I-CAS™ ) Technology, I-Matrix 300 can easily be customised to suit your Plant's specific configuration. Furthermore, I-CAS allows I-Matrix 300 to handle multiple batches simultaneously such that the second batch is weighed while the first is discharging. Thus, from the time orders are taken to queuing multiple deliveries to the actual batching, you can be assured that throughput and revenue are optimised.
Apart from increased quantity, an improvement in the quality of concrete produced is another important factor that will give you a significant competitive edge over the other producers. For this, we have developed Whizstep™ , another of our proprietary technology that allows you to input an unlimited number of highly-customised discharge formulae. By 'customised', we do not just mean that you get to choose among a few 'standard' Formulae that we have inputted, but rather, you can actually build your desired Formula by stipulating when each ingredient is discharged with respect to the discharge of any other ingredient or discharge point. Using Whizstep, you will have the flexibility of customising your discharge sequence for that special concrete or simply synchronise the rate of discharge for aggregate and cement to produce a better and finer mix.
